Information you give us

The only information you actively provide is what you type into the contact form: a name, an email address and a message. We use it to answer you and for nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with advertisers.

Information collected automatically

Like most sites, ours records basic technical data when a page loads, such as the type of browser, the approximate region of the request and the pages visited. This is used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful and to keep the site stable.

Cookies and local storage

A small cookie records that you accepted the notice, so the banner does not reappear on every page. Local browser storage may hold the same preference. No advertising identifiers are set by Nikaai.

External links

Conversation buttons lead to an external service. Once you leave this site, that service collects information under its own policy, which we do not control and encourage you to read.

Retention

Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve the enquiry and a reasonable period afterwards for reference. Technical logs are kept for a short window and then discarded.

Your choices

You can clear cookies and local storage at any time from your browser settings, and you can ask us to delete a message you sent by writing to the same contact form. We will confirm once it is done.

Children

Nikaai is intended for adults only and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone below the age of majority.
