These conditions govern your use of Nikaai. By opening any page or starting any conversation you accept them in full.

1. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Nikaai covering all pages, companion profiles and conversation features offered here.
2. Access is limited to adults who have reached the age of majority in their country of residence. If you are below that age you must leave immediately.
3. All companions presented on Nikaai are fictional characters. They are not real people, they do not represent real individuals, and no likeness of an identifiable person is intended.
4. Conversations are provided for entertainment and companionship. Nothing produced by a companion constitutes medical, legal, financial, psychological or other professional advice.
5. If you are experiencing a crisis or an emergency, contact the appropriate local services. A companion conversation is not a substitute for qualified help.
6. You are responsible for everything you submit through any form or conversation field on this site.
7. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, that harasses another person, or that describes or promotes harm to anyone.
8. You agree not to present any companion as a real person, and not to use conversation output to impersonate, defame or deceive others.
9. Attempting to interfere with the operation of Nikaai, including automated scraping, load generation or probing of access controls, is prohibited.
10. Text, images, character names, descriptions and page layouts on Nikaai are protected and remain the property of their owner.
11. You may quote short excerpts for personal, non-commercial purposes with a clear credit to Nikaai.
12. Commercial reuse, redistribution, resale or bulk copying of any material published here requires written permission in advance.
13. Character portraits are illustrative renderings created for this project and may not be used outside it.
14. Some pages contain links to an external conversation service. Once you leave, the terms and policies of that service apply to your activity there.
15. We do not control external services and accept no responsibility for their content, availability or handling of your information.
16. The catalogue may change at any time. Companions can be added, revised or withdrawn without prior notice.
17. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature of Nikaai at our discretion.
18. Availability is offered on a best-effort basis. Interruptions for maintenance, updates or technical faults may occur.
19. All material is provided as is, without warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
20. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nikaai is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.
21. You agree to indemnify Nikaai against claims resulting from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
22. Information you submit through the contact form is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
23. We may withdraw access from any visitor who breaches these terms, without notice and without obligation to explain.
24. If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in full effect.
25. Our failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
26. These terms may be revised at any time, and the version published on this page is the version in force.
27. Continuing to use Nikaai after a revision is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
